But what is the reason for Danmark, virtual operators?
Virtuaal operators. It, it, it's one of the reason, but it's also in Danmark you have, you have a lot of, and I'm talking about the mobile port. I think in, in, in, in, in Danmark there has been a crazy war going on for so many years, and one of the problem in Danmark is that, that see, the incumbent EDC has been so dominant. And, and the, the rest of the, the player has been trying to, to, to, to get market share up to that, but, but Danmark is, is and that is not to seek, et we try to, to merge. Between Telenor and Danmark to be able to, to, to, to get to sinu, we were not allowed and that was the European commission, who, who said, et. We should not have that, but of course four operators in a soch small market is, is problem.
But, talk about virtual operators, special Danmarkis, I think in Telia, doesn't, doesn't have a huge market share in, in, in Danmark? Telia made a interesting step a couple of years ago, when you entered into the Spanish market? Yes. As virtual operator?
As a part of as a virtual operator, we had little bit licenses, but we are buying most of the things from Telefonica.
Okei, so and you have a seven-protsent marketer? Yes. So, but the question is, like, we havent seen virtual operators in, in Baltics. And we always thought, like, like, why, why is that, is, is, is, is it so complicated to, to have, like, to by the service as a wholesale or, or is there a, some kind of secret contract between the operators, that they say that no, no, we don't let anybody to use our network,s, like.
Noh, I think there, there, it's a valid question and, and this is my, my view, first of all, if you look at Spain, the price level in Spain, the consumer price was, was really high, when we ended in, into the market, if you take the Baltic countries as such, the price level is not on that level. When, so that, I think that is one, one of the things, we have had a situation in Lituania as well, in Estonia, with three players, And, and they have been good in, in let's say, both delivering new services, when it comes to Danmark, I think one of the reason was that there was, let's say, business case by starting up mobile virtual operators, growth of customer base, without any profit, and then sell it to one of the incumbents, and if you look at all of them that has been started up, they have been built either by Telia, TDC or Telenor, and then the, the owners have, have, on, quite substantial amount of money, it, it has, and I think, I think that stopped 2009-10, 10, 10, one phone was the last one, that, that started up in Danmark, after that no-one has started a new M.V.nu in Danmark. So it was a little bit a, a way of creating big customer base, without any profit and then hope that some of the existing operators should, should, should buy you, making an exit actually, and I think after a while all of the operators said, enough is enough.
